If you have problems starting the game. Just delete the steam_api64.dll. This should fix the problem.

U_U downloaded 60gb and gives error
Steps for people that have problems with 89% installation.
Download an official torrent of the game.
Force your torrent download to check the file.
It will go to 90%
download the rest by torrent.
Enjoy.

For people with errors at 89%, recheck the torrent file it will go to 90% and then it will automatically download the rest. The CPY crack only works for jc3 xl edition and yes hitman 6 is going to be uploaded later this week as it has been cracked already, all episodes of it.

Ok now i really solved the problem
1. Put the Corrupted jc3-cpy in your Torrent Just-Cause 3 Folder Delete the other jc3-cpy.iso and replace it with the corrupted jc3-cpy.iso and start the µtorrent it will Check the iso for errors and jumpt from 89% to 90% and then it downloaded the last 10% now it really works and now i’m able to install the game and to play

Only one solution to play the game you can download the setup and extract it any drive. It become 54.5 GB now you can download torrent link and open the link and show the location were you extract the setup. For example (D:\Just.Cause.3-CPY) u-torrent starting checking your setup files and now it will come to 90.4% your torrent will start downloading missing setup files. When downloading is complete install the game and copy the CPY crack files and finally you play the game. I already did this same processes and my game is running like a charm sorry my bad English.

Everyone who gets an installation error at 89-90-96% is because the direct link provided by the site is corrupted. Check your iso after extraction it is 54 gb not 60 gb.
So if you want to play the game you need following steps:
1.Download the torrent file from the site
2.Open torrent in torrent client software
3.After the downloading starts replace the new iso from the corrupted iso(54gb)
4.close the torrent software
5.Recheck the torrent files it will start the downloading from 89%
After completing the game works like a charm.
