Mafia 3 does not have Denuvo however will still need to be cracked this is just PRELOAD files meaning you have the encrypted version of the game so until the unlock keys get released you’re sitting on 40GB of locked files.

If you have downloaded the Pre-load files your on track to getting this shit working, what we’re waiting for now is the “pre load unlocker” which will be released after 12pm tonight (0:00 GMT) idk know how long it will be exactly for these guys to get it working but from my experience (Fallout 4, Dark Souls 3) it shouldn’t be that long as both of those games were cracked just after midnight.
Now for the nitty gritty…
>Installing these mofo’s can be a pain in the arse and i cant say that everyone will get the install to work properly but here is what i can tell you to do (from what i can remember that is)
1. Download the unlocker from here after it is released (0:00 GMT)
2. The unlocker might come in .exe format. Run it as administrator
3. It will open up a command promt and ask you to locate the file location of the “depotchace.csd” file (this is giving the unlocker the location of files to unpack into you game root)
4. Depending on where you set you preload to download to the path your looking for should look something like this “F:\Mafia.III-DDE.PreLoad-Fisher\SteamApps\depotcache”
5.Copy paste that into the unlockers command prompt.
6. The unlocker might ask you the path for all of the depotchace files so you will have to out the path in each time it unpacks so sit by while install is happening and rince and reapeat the above steps.
7.Find where the game has been installed to

How you do run the unlocker ?
the unlocker does not work properly – some files are not contained in the preload. It extract. But paused at the end. No executables and some other stuff missing
no crack will work on the pre-load

unlocker files are not working correctly everytime i try to unpack window pulls up with in error stopped working
ok guys unlocker works fine! just put the downloaded file in sorter path example:C>Games>Mafia IIII (and in there put the downloaded files…depotcache & steamapps)because with first try gave me an error for very long path…
Then extract the unlocker in C>Games>Mafia IIII>steamapps>depotcache folder (the one with the .csd and .csm files) and then just run the Unpack.bat file…it will start comand window and will create a new folder(Mafia III) in there when is done will be the unlocked files…DONT CLOSE ANY COMAND WINDOW THAT WILL COME UP just have patience…
for me i have it running for half hour and have unlock 15Gb of file (43 Gb final size) in 3.00GHz CPU and 6 Gb RAM…not too fast but for someone with low bandwidth is acceptable to wait 2 hours instad of download again the 43Gb of full unlocked version…have a nice day and have fun

@aa2 but in any way this torrent that i used IS already the full unlocked version (just alreay extract)and so instade of use this full unlocked version(of this site) that is in rar parts i used the extracted version(“Mafia_III_Digital_Deluxe_Edition-GameWorks”) of full unlocked to complete the missing files from the preloaded version

4. Once the game is done downloading, move it to your hard drive if you haven’t already.

6. Run “Unpack.bat”
7. Let it do it’s thing. It takes a long time.
8. Extract the files from “Mafia III Crack Only-CODEX” to your game folder.
9. Play
the thing is there is no file to start the game , there is no .exe file after you extract the game , pls help guys
The preload unlocker won’t fully unpack the game for some reason, it pauses and ends it at about 40gbs

When I try to run (as administrator) “Unpack.bat” it doesn’t work. It says:
“‘sisInstall’ is not recognized as an internal command or external command operable program or batch file.” Then it pause and it invites me to press a key to continue and it ends.

So start downloading UNTIL somes files THEN STOP THE TORRENT and transfert the unlocked files from preload version to the folder of this torrent has create and then restart the stoped torrent…at last missing only 9.5Gb…finish downloading COPY CODEX CRACK AND PALY!!!

ok here is how i solved the missing files after unlocking, i used Mafia.III.Digital.Deluxe.Edition-FULL.UNLOCKED to download over the prload unlocked files and started the torrent then rechecked the torrent, aftre rechecking i had to download 10 gb of missing files from the preload torrent.
then i added the crack and vola it worked

Its simple man…the Mafia.III.Digital.Deluxe.Edition-FULL.UNLOCKED version is infact ALL 43 Gb actual game files…the same files with the Preload version that you must already have unpacked(UNLOCKED)with the unlocker…but from the Preloaded version missing some file (9-10 Gb…such as the lancher exe,.dll and some files)
Now if you simple start downloading the FULL.UNLOCKED version it must crate the folder that utorrent(or any torrent client)downloading the files…be the time that happen Stop the downloading
and then COPY/CUT(for save storage space)and PASTE the files that you have previous unpacked(UNLOCKED)with the unlocker(WICTH IS THE SAME FILES AS THE FULL.UNLOCKED version) in the downloading folder of the FULL.UNLOCKED version that previous had craeted from utorrent…then finaly go back to utorrent and force recheck the STOPED torrent…then it should automaticaly recognize the pasted files as already donloaded(BECAUSE IS THE SAME FILES)

Step 1 .. unlock your game with steam unlocker ..and it is going to take almost 2 hours
and 30 minuts . so be patient..
Step 2 .. now download Mafia.III.Digital.Deluxe.Edition-FULL.UNLOCKED torrent and save
anywhere you want let it start and after 1 minut stop it and goto your unlocked mafia 3
folder and cut all files and paste it where you have Mafia.III.Digital.Deluxe.Edition-FULL.UNLOCKED
download folder and now go and open torrent now and delet Mafia.III.Digital.Deluxe.Edition-FULL.UNLOCKED
torrent ..
Step 3 .. now again download that Mafia.III.Digital.Deluxe.Edition-FULL.UNLOCKED torrent and save in the same spot where
you saved before and now torrent should recheck all files . and wait you game wil be like 33gb ..now you need to download
7gb more .. !
Step 4 .. after download just download codex crack and past . done enjoye gameplay

So,I’ve heard that the Codex patch doesn’t work with this version,is there any chance to get a patch for this? ,my net is rather slow and downloading the codex one again would take up a long time,specially since there are not many seeders.

No…I think works fine…for example I have the main game(of the preload version)in C:\\Games\Mafia III
so I download the update only I chose the same path to istall it C:\\Games\Mafia III
and dont gave me any error so…then I paste the crack(that is with the update)and play the game…so simple

Yes,yes, I’ve already did all of that like twice now,I’m actually trying to go back to the clean version without the update(the only one that worked for me), although I have such a mess with the files right now that I’m not sure whether it will work. I’ve seen people who bought the game with the same problem, the game just shows an opening black screen and then just shuts off,I think it might have something to do with Win Version(I’m using Win 10).I don’t know, the game seems like such a mess anyway,so I’ll be happy if I get it work even without the patch.Now I have game stuck on the loading screen.. :D
