Dude, i haven´t downloaded this so i don´t know if this works, but try searching in the game folder for *.ini to see the ini files. You´ll probably get a “steam.ini” or something like that. If so, open it with a text editor, look for something like “language” and change it from “japanese” or “jp” to “english” or “en”. Works most of the time.

Negative, Ghost Rider. This doesn’t work. I bet there’s not one person who’s gonna post here saying it works. I tried deleting all other languages. I tried running as admin, compatibility settings, I tried clicking the mouse with my fucking BALLS and I got nothing but a damn bug report thing.
