Note: When I first went to run it, it took about 3-5 minutes to do something, then it asked me to install EasyAntiCheat Service, I tried denying it the first time but it wouldn’t let me open the game, so I installed that, clicked to run it again and now it opens and runs perfectly smooth! No issues what so ever.
I’m currently using a lower end machine, Geforce Gt640 (2gb) with 8gb ram, OC to 2.8ghz, runs perfect on Low settings. Quality comparable to GTA5 medium. So no motion blur’s etc, but otherwise it’s fantastic.
If you know nothing about this game…I’d say a blend of The Division (done the right way cuz the divison sucks ass) and GTA5..Thoughts?

Working Perfectly.. All I Did Was Update All My Drivers.. Clean The Registry And Installed It..
Then Created A Shortcut And Add The Following Command In Target Line -eac_launcher
Then Run It As Administrator.. It Worked..
The Only Issue I Had Was It Start To Eat Ram After 1-2Hour And Game Become Slow.. Restarting Fix It..
Maybe New Update Got Fix For That.

hi frend i found a fix for black screan problem put GamerProfile from watch dogs 1 it in the documents put it inside watch dogs 2 C:\Users\ your name \Documents\My Games\Watch_Dogs 2
put it in this destination just change the name to WD2_GamerProfile 2 and its work for me thanks

welp nevermind,,,all i did was download the stand alone crack, disable antivirus, stuck it in bin, then the game worked just fine.

Hey guys, I found out a way to overcome the issue: “stuck on creating profile data screen”.
This is caused by your save game path, which should be fixed by change the CPY file in your game location from default to “SavePath=C:”
The game works well now.

You must install Easy Anti-Cheat, then block EAC.exe with a firewall such as Windows Firewall.

I made the game work on steam, just follow these steps:
Open stem
right click on the game > properties > set launch options > write this: “-eac_launcher” > Ok
close all the dialogs and launch the game

I have found a global solution for those who still have problem launching the game and still get stuck in splash screen.
Go to Internet Settings and Disable Connection, open the game, it will work…
After open the game you can re-enable connection, every time you want to play you must disable the connection, another solution is to disconnect from WiFi, or disconnect ethernet from your computer, and connect again after the game have opened.
Don’t try firewalls, I’ve tried a lot of combinations with zonealarm and doesn’t work, Idk how but… the game knows when you are not connected to internet, and when a Firewall isn’t allowing him to connect internet. I think the game checks the network adapter during loading screen… ¿Is it possible? Renuvo is beating up every time more up…

Stop the internet connexion. Create the rules on configuration panel for blocked the connexion and apply the path for : eac.exe

Game crashes after 30s-2minutes of gameplay (it just freezes for good) tried all the drivers that I found on ubi forums still no fix, can’t get past the 1st mission because it crashes, under clocked my CPU and GPU still same problem. Doesn’t matter if I’m playing on low or high it just freezes randomly..

I honestly don’t know why spend time releasing a game with no patches and then let it the way it is for a 1-2 year like happened to batman arkham knight. This game’s running like shit with 1.07, there’s been 3-4 updates so far on PC… Sometimes i think the pirates are working together with the industry, relesing broken games and making us buy the game for decent performance and stuff…

For All of you with Problems where the Game doesn’t Start, please follow:
Make a Shortcut of your EXE File
Put it on your Desktop
Right Click the Shortcut and go to Properties
You will see a Tab where Target is for Example
“C:\JUEGOS INSTALADOS # 4\Watch_Dogs 2\bin\WatchDogs2.exe”
Just Add This please at the End of your Target
-eac_launcher
for Example
“C:\JUEGOS INSTALADOS # 4\Watch_Dogs 2\bin\WatchDogs2.exe” -eac_launcher
And Hit Apply
This Disables the Anti Cheat Program that Watch Dogs 2 Needs to Run

Also if your Game Sutters with your HD Textures in 4K add this line to Target as described before:
-disablepagefilecheck
