Just download the crack from KORTAL and start the game from Installation Directory/Conan Exiles/Conan SandBox/Binaries/Win64/ConanSandbox.exe
Also update DirectX and vcredist.Worked for me.Have fun !

Kortal has lots of links. Download the whole game from Kortal? I see no specific crack named.
Also, do not, I repeat DO NOT download any claimed cracks outside of skidrow or Kortal. I got a serious virus from some shady Russian site. I know my fault. Just fair warning. It gave me a proxy server virus that almost made my pc a paperweight. But i “fixed” it. Meaning it is still there but i was able to keep it from functioning. I’ve been told you can only wipe and reinstall windows to get rid of it completely. So don’t click shady links. :P

to change the language go to install folder mine is C\Games yours might be different then go into conansandbox in there is a map called saved delete and then try worked for me

ok guys here is the deal, i worked and ran lots of bug/ error tools on this game! if you want this to work first of all you need this program (HJ-Split) to join 2 rar files so you get a file 17.2 Gb, then use Winrar to unpack! NOTE NEVER EVER USE THE CRACK or FIXED rar files or paste anything from there to your game directory otherwise you get errors and the game wont launch !! here is the link to download the Hj program http://www.hjsplit.org/windows/ once you downloaded the file, unpack and run .you dont have to install anything its auto run. best of luck to you guys! let me know if you have anymore questions :D !!
