To everyone still having issues with the DLC: Re install the base game and ALL it’s updates and everything will start working fine

– the game also clearly states the update 1.08 was meant for update 1.04 -= meaning that the 1.08 is actually a modified 1.05 update meant
Oi you are CLEARLY doing something wrong. I re installed the base game plus all of the updates in order(and yes i mean ALL of them, meaning you can’t just go from update 04 to 08, you have to install ALL of them in order) and it works fine like that. The reason why the texts messed up is because you went from 1.04 straight to 1.08 without installing the others in between(I know because that’s also what i did)
So don’t be saying it doesn’t work when you haven’t even tried it yet
So guys can you tell me the exact order of the updates? i’m sorry but I have two 1.08 updates.

i fixed it! the problem was the 1.08 update! i searched around and found an alternate one which was almost 2gb – !! use that one not the 250 meg update, – also installed again this time in admin mode, install the dlc last – all the other versions including cracks
DRK108C – is the fake and cause of the issues, the real one Dark.Souls.III.Update.v1.08-CODEX- is 1.8 gb
Everything is fine, only problem is as the oi cunt said you only need/missing to download and install the RIGHT 1.08 1.8gig patch not the one in the desc cuz that’s actually the 1.05 patch atm, then just reinstall the DLC + online fix and i’ll work.
The thing is, the post asks for the Dark Souls III Update v1.05 Regulations v1.08 and after I install that one, none of the others work!

“RVTfix v2 (Official release) for any version” is what u want, read the short tutorial and FAQ to get it working.
@Ninja, guess u prob already installed everything BUT the right 1.08 patch :p? Check the .exe file what version u got, should say 1.08.
I hope they just repack latest version with all updates + DLC

Can someone help me? I downloaded the dlc from torrent and during extraction, I clicked cancel and now all my files including the base game is missing. Does anyone have any idea where it might be? P.S I did not delete it

@ruben debes reinstalar todo el juego y aplicar todos los parches, en esta página existe un problema con el parche 1.08 el cual esta mal ya que debería pesar unos 1.8 g deberás buscar el parche 1.08 codex en otra página. luego de aplicar el último parche deberás instalar el DLC y todo debería estar bien, aunque se reportan muchos inconvenientes con un random freeze cada 15 min en algunos usuarios y la única solución por ahora es ejecutar el juego en modo ventana.

@Gonzalo debes descargar el los updates de esta página, el 1.05 reg 1.08, el update 1.06 y el update 1.07.
el update 1.08 no lo descargues que de aquí porque no lo subieron y en su lugar estan los enlaces del update 1.05 reg 1.08. busca en google el update que no sea de esta página.
cuando ya tengas el update 1.08 podrás instalar el DLC sin problemas

I was able to play Dark Souls III-CODEX (no updates) with no problems. Also I didnt have any problems during the installation of any of the updates. But after I finished with the updated Im unable to play. Im getting an error message when trying to execute:
“Aplication Load Error V:0000065432”
Anyone else getting this? or someone knows how can I fix it?

My suggestion just Uninstall your DS 3, YES CLEAN UNINSTALL use ccleaner to wipe ds3 registry
restart your pc and install with that order
v 1.04 then -> Dark Souls III Update v1.05 Regulations v1.08-CODEX -> 1.06 -> 1.07 -> 1.08 -> DLC
if you already have 1.05 patch without regulations v 1.08, dont install that, just download the one with 1.08 regulation
and dont forget to copy file from CODEX folder after u finished installing the patch. hope it helped.

So I have made all the required updates and installed the DLC/copy the crack. I’ve killed the Deacons of the Deep but Gael isn’t at the Cleasing Chapel bonfire. Anybody knows how to fix this?

For some reason mine worked without installing all the updates. I just updated my DS3 1.7 to 1.8 then the DLC and bam!
The problem are two things!, first, the 1.05 update, is the same as the 1.08 update, and the 1.08 that really needs the game….is one that is 1.08 gigas filie size, so, you have to look elsewhere to find the real 1.08 patch.
