The game do not use Denuvo ! The developpers can’t work with it because of the special online system. The crack will be out very soon.

Yeah same thing was happening to me, but then i directed it to 3DMGAME-DARK.SOULS.III.Deluxe.Edition.Steam.Preload-3DM\steamapps\depotcache and now I just have some bhd, bht, dll, and a folder named movie and one named sound…

To you guys having problems with unpacking, just paste the preload directory more times until the unlocker goes through all depotcache files, there’s a lot of them
Well, every1, you have two (or three) folders :
-Preload steam
-Unlocker Steam
-Crack
Copy them on your desktop (for example).
You can copy the “Unlocker Steam” on to the Preload Steam folder.
Now go to the Preload folder, steamapps/depotcache. From now copy every files (“228984_depotcache_1.csd” to “374321_depotcache_18.csm”) to the Unlocker folder (sisInstall_DS.III).
Now you have to execute the “Unpack.bat file and it will extract all the games files.

Ok if it stops for a minute, it could be loading… because it loaded for like 40sec and now i’m extracting the rest. (Also make sure you have enough space lol, i didn’t :P)
But yeah if you restart the bat it re-extracts..
ahh nvm it actually finished, dont get confused if it seems to extract a file that has been extracted before ))

do I have to extract all the 18 parts rar of the preload before i use the unlock?
Extract The rar’s copy all the contents of unlocker into depotcache folder and run unpack.bat after Compilation copy crack and play :)

Estoy usando el archivo unlocker y no para de extraer los archivos a traves de cmd.exe . Llevo como 30 minutos extrayendo archivos y parecen repetirse . Hay algun error ? Tengo que parar la extraccion ?
I am using the unlocker file and not for extracting the files through cmd.exe . I took about 30 minutes and extracting files seem to repeat . Is there a mistake ? I have to stop the extraction ?

i’ve installed it, placed the crack, but when i load it the screen goes white and the dark souls closes?? sad times :(
When I saw the extracting goes in a loop ( I saw many files getting extracted many times), I canceled it, but the game is running. Problem is that when I start it, it just shows “Creating save file” forever.
Any reason for it? Should the extract process show something at the end so I know it’s done?
Yes the extract process show you ” press any key to continue” then it close and you copy the crack & play. But it can take a lot of time ,it took me like 30-40mins to extract.
Someone know if/how i can change language please ?…

I had the white screen to black screen crash. I had extracted the game on my second disk. When I copied the Game on to my disk with my operating system it ran fine.

Could somone explain me precisely how it works after ? I never used this kind of method yet. I guess i could paste some of them in the Steam directory, but not sure of the order etc.

Just move it the whole game to another directory after unpacking, doesnt matter which. Worked for me as well … i moved it from my second HDD to my First

Ok I will explain the full process :
You dl all the links, and extract everything. You got :
CODEX
depotcache
sisInstall_DS.III
steamapps
You cut/paste the content of folder sisInstall_DS.III into the “depotcache” IN the folder “steamapps”. Not in the first one.
Launch Unpack.bat, and wait for the “press a key to continue”. I will seems to turn infinitely but it’s not. WAIT for the “press a key to continue”.
When done, you have a new folder in steamapps/depotcache : “DarkSoulsIII”
You copy/paste the content of CODEX into steamapps/depotcache/DarkSoulsIII/Game
You launch DarkSoulsIII.exe and it’s done.
EDIT ; you extract everything where you want.
You don’t have to put the things in you Steam folder.
Well, maybe it was designed for this but i didn’t try.
I didn’t find any use for the first “depotcache” folder too.

To skip the connexion server you should go modify the value to 0 in the file “.ini”.
I have the small green lines too, but do we really care ?
