I can not build anything…. no vault tec walls nothing… but the quest is working fine…..
Same here, quests work, but cant build vault walls, or anything like that..
same no build menue
there is an IGG update to get fallout to 1.6.9 but keep your old 1.5 cracked exe this will reveal all the vault buildables
ok, thanks Dale.. tried this.. and got the following
1. main menu wont work.. mouse and arrow keys work, but not enter/trn or mouse click to select.
2. tried to console load a game e.g. loadgame dave – get error message saying game was created on a LATER version of fallout 4, download and install updates.
3. Cant click of enter to OK of that error message
4. I have to task manager and end task or console QQQ to get out of the game as menu wont work.
Going to download the IGG version.. rename my fallout4 folder… create a new one, install the IGG version.. update…. one by one.. then.. see what happens…. frustration levels on max!!
Where is the maj 1.6.9,i have searched on google but i haven’t found this maj and for the real dlc (and not the fucking beta not compete) of vault-tec is not findable on google ? ps:Sorry for fault i’m french i don’t speak english very well.
I had a similar problem when i updated to patch 1.5 i ended up downloading another codex patch
so just make sure you have the latest working cracked version which for me was 1.5.4 I then patched to 1.6.9 then went back into my cracked 1.5.4 folder and copied just the fallout.exe and it all seems to be working
What i did: Downloaded this and put it in my fallout 4 folder. Downloaded the 1.6.9 update from elsewhere and backed up the codex crack of fallout 4. Installed the new update and put the new crack in the folder too. The i put the codex crack in the Fallout 4 folder. I wanted to use F4SE for mods though. I used resource hacker to change the version in Fallout4.exe from 1.5.4 to 1.6.9 and now i can use F4SE fine. But for some reason on the new DLC it crashes sometimes and its quite often to be honest, its really annoying. Anyone have a fix for the crashes?
Will the full version be uploaded?
I’ve got two questions. At first will there be the full version uploaded soon, and if how long would it take.
Second will there be a german voice file.

I have the same problem, i can not build anything…. no vault tec walls nothing… but the quest is working fine…..I´m from cuba and i can´t download 2 gbs from the internet, so i would be gratefull if someone could just upload somewhere a small file or script to solve this….Thanks, many thanks…
