-I have been installed the game, until the last step I run Automated Tools and it detected as virus in Windows Defender. after that, I turn it off then I try again it worked. (problem solved)
-after that, I run the shortcut and it worked, the game has begun.
-BUT, when the game intro appeared, asking to press START button & I PRESS START…

-when I run the game with new account, it FAILED!
BUT when I login using my old XBOX account (when I play Quantum Break crack P2P) it WORKED!
-I retry to running Automated Tools, by choosing number 1 and then 2 to make possibility.

For me, it worked only when i had my firewall/windows defender disable and anti-virus (avira) uninstalled… After trying to play with avira install, avira cleared the repertory… I’m not gonna playing without any security on my computer…

실행법이 너무 복잡해서 쓰는데…
일단 통파일 받으시구요.
DUMP라고 되어 있는건 블리자드 마운틴 DLC입니다.
근데 저는 일단 안되는거 같네요…
통파일 최소 120GB는 남은데에다가 받으세요(게임 풀면 거의 50GB 중반입니다..)
그다음 DUMP파일 받으셔서 (4.4GB 정도)를 통파일 푼데다가 넣으시고.
가장 중요한게 auto_fh3.V7.7z 이겁니다!!!
이게 예전 3DM에들이 수동으로 해라던 그걸 자동화 시킨 실행 명령파일입니다.
이걸 해줘야 게임이 돌아갑니다.
일단 auto_fh3.V7.7z이걸 풀어서 나온 실행파일도 통파일 푼데 넣고
실행하면 1.2.3.4. 뭐 할거냐고 묻는데…
1번이 게임도 자동등록하고, 블리자드 마운틴DLC도 활성화 시키는 가장 쉬운겁니다…(전 아까 말했듯이. 안됩니다…)
2번은 블리자드 마운틴 고치기? 정도 인데… 그것도 해도 전 블리자드 마운틴은 안됩니다…
3번은 게임실행도 DLC도 안될때 해보라는거 같구요.
4번은 DLC만 푸는 건데.. 전 이것도 안됩니다. ㅎㅎㅎ
어찌되었든 1번을 선택해서 진행하시면 거의 98%는 됩니다.
가짜 계정 만들어서 해라던데… 전 그냥 해버렸습니다…
게임은 잘됩니다. DLC는 저만 그런가 안되구요 ㅎ

no, this is Working!!!
You only must have A compatible windows version and enable developer mode…
then install powershell. i’m not sure u must install powershell but i had.
then u download and extract files to one folder like: C:\programs (x86)\FH3
then overwrite the files from dump.zip to the main directory.
and now u only have to run the “auto_fh3.V7.7z” file and when asked write Y and then tipe enter.
now is patched! ;)
u can launch from the desktop icon.
make sure your antivirus/Windows defender dont block the executables!!!
this was my failure….
i had installed…. and deleted the rars i loaded here… and play some hours… then after reboot windows defender had blocked the executables and i don’t had anotherones to relpace XD
now i can reload the hole game ….. -.-

I bought this game as the collectors edition for 140 dollars. It had nothing but problems since launch. I returned for a refund.
I figured its been months since its been out and its cracked why not try it. Most times when i tried to launch it It crashed to desktop. Eventually it worked but tired to connect to my previous profile. I couldn’t do anything at all.
I removed my profile the hard way by deleting the app data folder, and now it says the game is not installed on my computer and I have to reinstall….
This has to be the most broken game ever even cracking it is a nightmare, and based on most comments once you reboot your PC its gone!
Don’t waste your time downloading this shit. Either get it for Xbox One or move on. I have a g27 so I will not be getting it for console!

i tried reinstall, w/ windows defender off and firewall off too, but no sucess.
Ok so i had the same problem as many other with the fix permissions, and sometimes app dosent open. All you have to do is uninstall the game first then follow the installation instructions above. For clean uninstall –> Windows Key + I (which will take you into settings)–> System –> Apps & Features–> find Forza Horizon 3 –> uninstall. Then reinstall the game as per the instructions.

To fix the fix your permissions issue. Try to select OpusDev folder, properties, uncheck “read only”.

i’ve tried everything that I read here, but still got the same problem! Do you guys think I need to format my ssd?
I download and do all steps in one video that has been shoot down, first you must disable windows defender and your antivirus, after download the game and the DUMP file you have to copy the contents of the Dump file in the opus folder, then you have to right click in the opus folder and disable the only read, if you dont the auto tool wont work, run auto tool select 1 and enter, then Y and enter. The game work but a have a lot of problems of stuttering, I have i7 4790k and GTX 1080, I see a lot of video of how to fix it and didnt work for me, the game has to many stuttering that is unplayeable. If you have lucky and dont have stuttering you will enjoy this game.

I had the same problem, the game was stuttering a lot. I fixed it by locking the fps to 50 in radeon settings and now it works fine. You can also lock the fps to 30 in the game and it will work fine but yeah…it’s 30 fps… Try locking your fps from the nvidia control panel. The reason i locked it to 50 fps is becouse in my pc the game was going from 60 fps to 45 fps and then again to 60 fps, so try locking it to a framerate that you know the game will be pretty much stable. Good luck!

I add the issue “can’t launch the app” and I have got it finally working by doing this:
– open the Xbox app and create a new account
– you should see the Forza app if the manifest is installed
– open the start menu, find forza>right click>uninstall
– redo the procedures with the files+dump+update
– remove read only on the folder
– launch the auto tool with admin rights (UAC off)
Now it starts
I did all with the Xbox app opened, I don’t know it makes any difference.

@1 I am pretty sure windows defender deleted your crack. Press windows icon on your desktop and go to configuration>system>apps and features and uninstall forza horizon 3. Go to windows defender > configuration>windows defender>add exclusion and select your forza horizon folder. Now go to your forza horizon folder and open auto_fh3.V7.exe again and do the same steps to install it.

This finally worked.. The uploader forgot to mention a few things.
1. With AutoFH, register both Blizzard and FH3.
2. After everything is done and if it crashes on “Continue” – Do the following.
A. Go to OpusDev Folder (where the game is installed)
B. Right Click to properties and then select the Security Tab.
C. Give every user Full Control of the Folder.
D. Un-Check the “Read-Only Box”
After applying if you still see the read only checked, don’t worry, the files within have been changed. It should work after that.

@Kiza To unlock Blizzard Mountain you need to have more progress in the game.
I can confirm you don’t need to play the game from the opus release. I’ve just unlocked blizzard mountain and have all the dlc cars and I play from the forza horizon 3.exe. Also it runs smoother than opus release and if you lock the fps to 50 like I did there is no stuttering at all. If you don’t know how to lock fps, search on youtube for a tutorial, and remember to disable v-sync and set fps limit to unlimited. I did that and the game runs great!

vraiment chelou, chez moi le jeu a booter mais seulement avec l’exe opusdev, par contre une fois en cours de jeu j’ai les voitures qui apparaisse dans le vide, la route n’apparais pas, tout est NOIR… un gros black hole, genre gros bug du coup impossible d’y jouer, j’ai tenter plusieurs fois le coup avec différente manip,…sans succès^^

same thing, played for 3 hours or so, until game put me in the multiplayer menu, then it crashed, havent been able to get it working. Going to download again and hopefully i can play it again. IT’S BETTER TO BE BADLY CRACKED THAN NOT CRACKED AT ALL.

I have played the game 3 days in a row all with reboots and it has worked fine. You need to add exceptions for the folder and the auto file in your antivirus or it will delete it each time and won’t work. Also follow the instructions carefully and it is very simple and easy to install. Only on Windows 10 but yeah other than a few stutters I’m playing at ultra and it’s been fine, haven’t had a chance to use BM yet but apparently only works on opusdev exe. But great crack and great build thanks a lot!

ok guys i fix this and its working for me…
just open your av or win defender and allow the win32/opus.. and start the game again…
it will work… know the file will you be allow will b the trojan virus file…

i was try to download again and reinstall game but don’t work

After turning off defender and making all steps, had just message, that i need other app to run it.
Then realized that i had xbox app uninstalled. So installed it again, created new acc, signed in.
Disabled Defender realtime protection. Copied DUMB files to OpusDev folder.
Copied auto_fh3 to the same OpusDev folder.
Ran it as administrator. After presing Y to register manifest, i get red text error, then dlc message and shortcut creation. shortcuts do not work – they just suggest me windows store as i need new app to open it.
Any ideas what could be the problem? Maybe powershell problems?

Red error is because you registered manifest second time.

Guys, the game is real, the only thing everybody need to do before installing is DISABLE COMPLETELY WINDOWS DEFENDER, if you did not do that as me, you just won’t be able to run the application, simple as that, but thanks skidrow anyways for the game, keep up bro.

Can someone help me? Around 2-3 days ago I have successfully installed Forza and it was working fine and I have played it everyday since then but until today when I was trying to launch the game it came up with “This app can’t open. There’s a problem with Forza Horizon 3. Contact your system administrator about repairing or reinstalling it” and after that a error came out and said “launch-forzahorizon3-releasefinal: The application cannot be started. Try reinstalling the application to fix the problem”. I have already use the Autotool to make a new shortcut and all but it still not working. If anyone can kindly help me or having the same problem like me you guys can share it with me. Thank you for your time.

Hey Qairel seems like your Windows Defender has quarantined your Forza files. Try to disable it and reinstalling the manifest by uninstalling Forza on the App and Features in Settings and run the AutoTools again and reinstall the manifest and all. Hopefully it works cause I’ve been there. Good luck to the people that having this kinda problem too

Ok, so i downloaded the game and downloaded the BM Files.
Then i overwrote the files in the forza horizon directory with the BM files.
I launched auto_fh3.V7.7z and selected 3rd option, since i had all files in the same folder.
When i tried to register the manifest it said “Deployment failed” and a lot of errors in red letters i couldn’t read.
Please someone help me!!!!!!!

I erased everything and went back to step 1. I downloaded the game, extracted DUMP.rar to the game directory, when i tried to run auto_fh3 it runs a setup buta actually nothing happens.
