high texture pack, forget about the required bullshit, the game work fine on Rx 480 and gtx 1060, or any GPU with 4GB VRAM .
Yeah the problem is the texture pack comes with the whole game can you upload here, the texture pack alone jus tthe textures?

Dear SKIDROW,
I Have Installed the updates and the CODEX folder contents but when I run the fallout4.exe, The game runs without image, I hear the sound and when I press enter I hear a sound that an option is selected but still the screen is black. I’m running windows 10, I’ve installed fallout 4 codex + update 1.7 + 1.8 + 1.9 + crack/codex content folder of update 1.9.
How can I fix this?
Hi, hehe I just saw your post, if you still have this problem, try running the game in windowed mode. (This fixed it for me). Oh and if windowed mode worked, then just go change your screen resolution in the fallout4 prefs file (located in MyDocuments).
It should look something like this:
iSize W=1366 (“Your screen resolution width”)
iSize H=768 (“Your screen resolution height”)
bTopMostWindow=1
bMaximizeWindow=1
bFull Screen=0
bBorderless=1
